    Hi,
    You probably need to explain the issue a bit more. As I understand EBD is a wordpress plugin used to present users with a form to fill in, before they download any property from your website.
    You can make the download link available to the users directly after the form submission or send them an email with the download link.
    However in your issue you have not specified the issue accurately, to understand which method you use. A screen shot that explains this issue will be better in this case.
