There are still 4 products in the feed with the Ø character in the title. These are the products with the ids 21001204, 21001202, 21001203 and 21001201.
Could you remove these and check again?
Hi Michel
I don’t get the Ø character on these products in the feed.

That’s strange, because I still see a square sign before the Durchmesser word, that probably is the Ø character.

Are we looking at the same feed? I’m looking at the source of https://army-shop.ch/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/Google-Feed.xml. Also, are you looking at the source of the feed or through an editor?
I switched to another laptop and now I cant even find the right id.. gets really strange ^^

Is there a way to exclude the products by id?
Could it be that you’re looking at cached feeds? Could you try to refresh the feed using CNTRL-F5, or even clear the cache the browser and WordPress cache?
Also, you should mainly look at the source of the feed, so open the feed with a text editor (it’s stored in the wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds folder) or open it in the browser and then right click on it and choose the “view page source” option. Then you’ll get to see the full feed.
You could exclude products by ids by using the filter option below the Category Mapping, but unfortunately that won’t work in the free version.
Little Update:
When I exclude these products it works. But why doesn’t the replacement help/work?
Best regards
Marc
Marc,
I opened the feed link again and it looks as if the Ø character is not the reason for the issue. At least I now see product that have that character in their title and don’t seem to fail on that. Like the products 21000602, 21000603 and 21000601. So there is probably an other character that’s causing the issue.
Could you clear out the title of the failing products and rewrite them from scratch? There has to be some kind of character that is maybe not shown in the edit product page, but still in the database.
If you could check the product title in your database, that would be even better. It’s in the posts table under the post_name column.
Hi Michel
I will run it without the products (21001204, 21001202, 21001203 and 21001201) and work it out later.
Thanks for the support!
You’re welcome @xenoteam. I’ll close your topic for now, should you require further support later on, don’t hesitate to reopen it again.
Have a nice day!
