    I am currently facing an issue while integrating Payway with my website. Below are the details of my setup:

    1. I am using the Merchant ID as the Company ID.
    2. I am using the Q followed by a 5-digit number displayed in the top-right corner of the dashboard as the Source ID.
    3. I have entered the Username provided by the client.
    4. I am using the Password given by the client.

    Despite entering these details, I am encountering the following error during the checkout process:
    “Failed to logon.”

    Could you please verify if the credentials and setup are correct or let me know if I am missing any required steps?
