When email is hosted elsewhere?

Hi guys,

We are trailing ur plugin but cannot work out how to configure it in our case.
The website uses an SMTP server on the webserver and it does not have a email account when doing so. We do not want to authenticate thru an account on client email server as that is managed by a third party who area nightmare to deal with.

What do we do?
