when I adding token on website nothing happend

    Hi, thank you using our plugin. I’m afraid that I don’t understand your problem. Can you please provide more information ?
    – Did you create chatbox on Chatwing website (login using your Chatwing account and create chatbox) ?
    – After inserting token, does the plugin’s setting page show up with list of chatbox ?

    I created chatbox and token, and I can NOT insert token to my plugin on wordpress coz when I try to save new token nothing happened ( not saving any information ). Like I said, I can’t find any log to find where is problem

    Do you have to purchase the tokens? How many tokens are needed to use the plugin?

    hi @shenry you DO NOT need any tokens to use the Chatwing wordpress plugin or any plugins from Chatwing it’s free.
