when i do changes in permalink setting everything goes 404 error

    I want to change permalink on all of my post and blog
    but whenever I do this change everything goes 404 error while clicking to that post
    I have 3000 post so tell me easy one click solution
    I want to change it like this
    /category/post
    to
    /post

    also whenever visitor comes from google search that post should be no effect on that
    diverted to new permalink
