not sure I understand mfayaz7, but wp-includes/js/admin-bar.min.js is only loaded for logged in users.

I added optimization js except admin-bar.js and admin-bar.min.js. this also not solved of my website. Still it takes more loading time. It doesn’t optimized. Is there any solution for this

OK, can you untick “force in head”, “also aggregate inline JS” and “try/catch error wrapping” and re-test?
a 404 on the autoptimized JS -> clear (all) your page cache(s) + tick the “404 fallback” option?
