I do not see any issues with your header at the moment. Can you confirm that?
Yes, I can see that W3 Total Cache is enabled. I see that Page Cache and Minify is enabled. I can also see that you are using Autoptimize for minifying. Please disable minify feature in Performance>MGeneral settings to avoid conflict with AO minify.

Sorry for the late reply. If you are not experiencing any issues you can leave it enabled as I can see AO is used for CSS and W3TC for js minifying. But the general rule is to use only one plugin for minification. So if you wish to use AO to minify JS and CSS you should disable W3TC minify.
As for your page score, as you can see you have a lot of external resources, youtube videos, Vimeo videos, and google videos. As those resources are not coming from your server W3 Total Cache or any other plugin for that matter cannot handle those files and add Leverage browser caching for those resources. This is also impacting your page speed as it takes time for those resources to load on your page.
Also, Gtmerix suggests to Serve scaled images to improve your score and as W3 total cache cannot do that you should try some image optimization plugin.
If convenient please update your review if you are no longer experiencing the issue with your header.
