    Hi @patelnaresh9737 and @krunalkp,

Could you let me know what is your PHP and WordPress version? Please check that your PHP version is at least 7.1. Also, could you temporarily deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme and check if the issue continues? Also, what is your host provider?

I will also send the error message to the developers for further investigation.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the additonal information. I sent this to the developers. Also, I see your screenshot and it looks like there might ba a conflict with another theme/plugin, could you try to deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme?

    Hi @patelnaresh9737,

As this is regarding a conflict with a theme, I don’t have a soon resolution to this. We work to make Awesome Support compatible with the 25 most used WordPress plugins and in this case unfortunately I don’t have a timeline for checking their code and find a fix for the conflict.

    Regards.
