removed plugin, installed 2.2, no rigts

Mmm the problem is not from the plugin.
I searched in google “lo siento no tienes permisos para acceder a esta página. wordpress”, and this error can occur for different reasons.

I see that not only when I update your plugin cannot enter to configure it, another new plugin I installed is impossible to enter, i was looking to repair tables in db but no luck for now
