The footer is a static block made by Elementor.
Hello @ericcool
I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share which settings you enabled in Performance>Object Cache?
Thanks!
Hello @ericcool
Does the issue occur only when you are logged in or also when checking the website in incognito?
Can you please temporarily disable Object Caching so I can check the website?
Thanks!
The issue happens when I login and also in incognito mode.
I’ve disabled object cache.
Hello @ericcool
thank you for the information.
Well, this is very interesting. I can see that you change the social icons in the meantime?
Try disabling Enable caching for wp-admin requests and Store transients in the database, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.
ALso, try switching to Disk caching method and also see if the issue is still there.
Thanks!
It does not work.
I’ve disabled the two options
1. Enable caching for wp-admin requests
2. Store transients in the database
And also save cache to Disk cacheing but the problem is still there.
Can I provide you the login credential so it might be easier for debugging ?
Hello @ericcool
Thank you for the info.
Please don’t offer to provide the credentials here as this is forbidden by wp.org.
Can you please re-enable Object Cache so I can compare the output?
Thanks!
I’ve re-enable object cache in the following setting :
1. uncheck “Enable caching for wp-admin requests”
2. uncheck “Store transients in the database”
3. save cache to Disk cacheing
I’ve been repeating test this bug. It seems the bug is related to static block in Elementor.
My footer is made of static blocks. If I create a new page and don’t click “Edit with Elementor” , the static block is broken when using object cache.
If I click “Edit with Elementor” button in the edit page and click on update button. The footer is less broken (the social icons does not appear properly).

I also made a video please have a look of the video .

Hello @ericcool
Thank you for the provided information.
There is no logical explanation of how Object Cache can change the footer layout. One possible thing I can think of is the theme you are using.
I am going to test the behavior with the Elementor and get back to you on this.
In the meantime, try switching your theme temporarily to the default theme and see if the issue persists.
Thanks!
