When optimizing CSS code, my main page menu ‘breaks’

I absolutely adore your plugin and commend you for maintaining it so well and being so dedicated to supporting it.
I recently installed it and today I noticed that when I activate the ‘optimize CSS code’ option, my main menu and header are displayed in that simple old html way (I am no pro, please excuse my lack of developer lingo ;)). Here is a screen shot: https://flic.kr/p/UAacPe

Thank you so much, this helps a lot. I am in the process of creating this staging site and my sql database is too large (63M) to import it into phpMyAdmin, so I am trying to figure out a way to follow the inmotion hosting tutorial anyway. I tried to use bigdump and followed a tutorial on that, but I could not do the last step for some reason. I’ll figure it out and comment here when it’s done. Thank you.
