When permalink type is custom, it didn't work.

Plugin is good, but some bugs or maybe my fault.

When permalink in default settings, it works well.

when set permalink to custom, like http://www.mydomain.com/%custom%.html,

when paging with the plugin, it appears to

http://www.mydomain.com/%custom%.html/page/1, the website can’t idetify the

link and jump to http://www.mydomain.com/%custom%.html. I’m really confused with it.
