When I add in the code form GET CODE option, and click save, there’s a spinny icon that just spins forever and never saves the code. If I refresh, the code isn’t there.

May be there would be an issue with browser, try updating the browser or try using another browser, there is no such issues with the plugin..!
I have a similar problem. I try to use Chrome,Edge and Firefox but none of them can work.
I also delete the plugin and reload it. It still can’t work.
Is there another way to fix? Thank you.
We have recently build a website with Contact Form 7 and CF7 Google Sheet Connector. It was working fine. Suddenly we had some virus issues and we removed everything and uploaded our recent back up. From then that day, the form is submitting but not storing in Google Sheet. So i tried to get new Google Access Code and save it. But when i clicked save. It is loading for very long time, but nothing happened. So far. As per you suggestion, i have tried this from different system. Both my plugin are upto date. But i have no idea how to fix it.

This issue has been resolved in the new version,
1. Please double-check you are using the plugin latest version
2. Please use another browser or in a private window
3. Try to use another google account to integrate
and let me know if still issue is there
