• Just an FYI, the outage today actually produced another issue. When your plugin loads, it’s trying to use the API so it fails to load. As a result, you can’t actually disable Kraken from automatically compressing images either. It would be really great if you had an API call to status.kraken.io first to just disable automated compression if the service is down. Just a thought.

  • This is unacceptable. I use this plugin on hundreds of sites and now every single one can not upload any media. I now have to go disable the plugin hundreds of times to solve the issue. Completely unacceptable. This is going to make me stop using Kraken altogether.

Yeah, this isn’t great. I’m trying to figure out which sites are using it and which sites aren’t. Ugh. I should have kept this information somewhere.

You actually have to delete the plugin if you wish to disable it @billcommexis since it won’t even load in the admin panel.

I was able to disable it on all of my sites via the plugin screen without any issues.
