When submitting form: Warning: Cannot modify header information.. (full in post)

    Page in question (contact form at bottom under “report a prompt”:
    Whenever I try to submit a form using Contact Form 7 on my site, I get a redirect to a white page with this error:

    “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/73/6255673/html/Managate/wp-content/plugins/insert-php/insert_php.php:51) in /home/content/73/6255673/html/Managate/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196”

    The contact form works, because I receive an email with the message from the form, BUT I am still weirded out by this error. Can someone please tell me what this means?

    I think I fixed my own problem. Instead of creating a contact form from the page editor, I created a form in the Contact Form 7 “edit contact form” area, then pasted the shortcode into my page editor. It seems to have fixed the problem!
