Yes, in the import settings you can use the “Choose which data to update” option to only import specific fields. For example, to only update stock and prices: https://d.pr/oJcC7u.
If you meant that you’re updating the post content and you only want to touch specific text in the content, it would only be possible with custom code:

the tag {anything[1]} is manually edited using excel so its not part of any eccomerce. in my case i want to replace 1 link by another and wont touch anything else. it will wok if i do as you do in the image? cause i cant touch php code cause i dont know php.
