• On my contact form, when someone tries to send add an attachment, once they submit it, nothin happens. The spinning arrows just keep going. I am nervous to deactivate any plugins incase it messes up anything on the site. The form will submit if you do not do an attachment. I have double checked the permissions on the uploads folder and they seem like they should be good. I even created a new folder for uploads and still encounter it.

  • The spinning arrow is a common sign of a JavaScript conflict. This could be due to a conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using.

Health Check is a good way to check this on a live site. It’s planned to be made part of WordPress Core in coming releases.
