Goodmorning, I have a question about my WordPress-site. As far as I know it’s running under the newest WordPress-installation, the plug-ins it’s using are up-to-date, yet my site will not run properly on mobile devices. Under the current situation it is perfectly-good-to-go on my computer but it just displays a bunch of generic-looking HTML-code on mobiles. Before, when it was not showing HTML-code, it showed a crooked mobile site with no menu and half of the photographs missing. Clearing the caches and temporary internet files of both my site’s backend and my mobile device’s internet apps has not fixed it.
The WordPress backend provides the option to preview the mobile site, and it shows it as is intended, looking perfectly fine, which makes the problem all the more weird.

    The site is in Dutch.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

The page looks perfectly fine to me. Do you have the same now?

If this happens again, first deactivate the WP Fastest Cache optimization plugin you are using to rule it out as the cause.

@threadi Thanks for your insights. On any computer it looks perfectly fine, but on my mobile devices it comes up with a bunch of HTML-code that I can’t define. Clearing the cache of my mobile’s internet app didn’t help. I will however check if WP Fastest Cache optimization plugin is deactivated, it might be a solution (although I have to admit I would not know how that works). I’ll get back to you about whether it works or not.

@shubhamrathod2000 Also thanks for your insights, I will check these out and then get back to you about it.

@threadi I really, really don’t know how it has worked, but your tip to deactivate WP Fastest Cache plugin somehow worked like magic. My mobile site works like a charm now. Thanks a million!

@shubhamrathod2000 thank you again for thinking with me. It really was helpful.

    Deeply appreciated!

    Regards, Job
