When will be double dash problem will be fixed by wordpress developers

    Guys,

    I am running wordpress 3 and i am still having with double dash shows as single one.This is problem with wordpress itself or i have to do something.

    If it is problem with wordpress i can’t belive such a great application no one bother to fix or it is by design.

    Is there any permanent solution for this at the moment i am opening formatting.php file and commenting out some changes.

    No it doesn’t. It shows as —. In other words, as a special elongated hyphen.
