What makes you think that the plugin is not compatible with PHP 8.1? Do you see any messages about this, and if so, what do they say? If they refer specifically to this plugin, an entry in GitHub would certainly be helpful: https://github.com/WordPress/health-check/issues
In addition, I would not use this plugin permanently in a production system. It should rather only be used to help analyze problems when they occur. Therefore, you can certainly do without it in your project and not perceive it as the only obstacle to updating.
Hello @threadi, thank you so much for responding so quickly. We don’t know if the plugin is compatible with this version or higher. After thoroughly reviewing everything, we’d like to upgrade to PHP 8.2, but we’re not sure if the plugin would work properly before proceeding to update the PHP version to this higher version.
Thank you very much again and for your explanation, as far as I understand we can proceed without any problems 🙂
I just ran the plugin with PHP 8.3 and didn’t encounter any problems. However, as I said, I would rather disable it in your case.
If you consider your question to be answered, you are welcome to mark the topic as resolved.
Thank you @threadi, marking as resolved.
Have a very nice time and thanks once more for your nice attention.
