When will the developer step in to help on issues

I’m not sure what is going on, but issues don’t get answers here and i don’t see much help form the developer of the plugin. At first glance it looks a great app but there are too much issues which makes it hard to launch on a live system.
1) The app works half, you can’t make appointments for next year.
2) Translations are hard to change and not always picked up by the plugin, some translations can not be found in the PO file.
3) In the front end, clients are not able to change appointments and in the beta version al text got mixed up.
4) It’s not possible as administrator to change a lot like forms, e-mails and the way appointments where send to the calendar. So disturbing thing is the header of the appointment which contains the date and time, while that info is obviously clear. Better show the scheduled treatment at that part.
5) It’s disturbing that you can make a proper setup for the lay-out for the e-mail, it looks cheap and unprofessional how it’s createdI hope Dimitri will be answering my mail and issues above.
