Thanks for posting, it sounds like this is most likely due to a conflict.
Could you try switching to Twenty Fourteen and see if the button works properly with that?
If it doesn’t work with that still, could you try deactivating other plugins to see if it works then?
If so, then you can enable plugins one-by-one and find where the conflict is.
Could you let us know how that goes?

Hi there,
I’m having a similar problem. When I click “Where?” to set it up I get the box with the options, but once I set everything I can’t scroll all the way down to see the save button at the bottom. I assume there is one there because when I just tried to x out of the window the changes don’t save.

Sorry you’re having that same trouble, I’d love get that sorted for you.
Could you let me know, have you tried the above?
Deactivating other plugins and using a default theme (Twenty Fourteen perhaps) and testing the feature then?
That’ll help us to know if its due to a conflicting plugin or theme.
