Where do I edit a specific page?

    Hello, i am a supernewbie on WordPress and I some stupid questions:

    But how do I edit a specific page;

    Ex. 1
    I want to insert a plug-in on only 1 page.

    Ex. 2
    I want to remove the sidebar on only 1 page.

    Do I edit in Appearence -> Editor -> index.php?

    Would also appreciate some good links for this area
