Hi Paul,
This option is available in Premium version of the plugin only (https://aspexi.com/downloads/aspexi-facebook-like-box-slider-hd/).
The free version enables https by default for maximizing compatibility and to avoid mixed content browser errors.

After migrating my site from dev to prod plugin cause mixed content ( dev site was also on https ).
I wasn’t changing any plugin files, I also didn’t found any plugin options that could cause that in database.
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.xxx.pl/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://www.xxx.pl/wp-content/plugins/aspexi-facebook-like-box/images/fb1-right.png’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

We use “https-safe” WordPress API function called plugin_dir_url which should return https instead of http if site uses SSL.
However, can you please check what URL is set in settings in wp-admin? Is it http or https?
Moreover, can you check if you don’t have https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Editing_wp-config.php#WP_SITEURL or https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Editing_wp-config.php#WP_HOME set in wp-config.php without https?
The quick fix is to set WP_SITEURL and WP_HOME with https, please can you try if above two points are not valid?
In a meantime we are going to prepare workaround for cases like this one and release update shortly.
Both WP_HOME, WP_SITEURL are set to https.
It’s strange because everything was working fine before migration, also everything else work fine now except that two images.
Is there a quick workaround before you update plugin?

For future reference, this issue was related to Cloudflare and this plugin solved the problem https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cloudflare-flexible-ssl/
