Where do Plugin HTML form on your webpage?

    Hello,
    I am completely new to wordpress but I am trying to figure something out. I am trying to get my navigation bar to appear in front of an embedded video I have. I have found out the answer lies with Z-Index. However, when I change the number, it doesnt change unless I make it negative, then it only disappears.
    If I could find the html of the video I have embedded would I be able to make the Z-index -100 and have my drop down navigation bar appear in front of it? I am using a plugin called Simple Video Embedder and I don’t know where to reformat any part of it.
