Where Does a Purchaser Enter their E-mail?

    On the Checkout page, there is no place for a purchaser to enter their e-mail. All tickets are being sent to the e-mail address for my web hosting account. This is true using the commerce form to pay by credit card, or going into PayPal and I’ve used two different PayPal accounts to purchase. How can I get tickets e-mailed to the person who buys them?

    I found out that Google Chrome ist not displaying the Purchaser Information

    If you are logged in to the WP admin, you will not see this option. Try viewing in Incognito Mode and you will see two fields for name and email after you’ve selected the ticket amount and proceed to the checkout.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    What @kehlliey said is correct. If you are logged in, the email address associated with the account you are logged in as will be used thus the ticket form will not ask for one.

    If you view the page URL you sent in incognito mode two input fields, one for name and one for email, will be there: https://i.imgur.com/11yJKm5.png

    Thank you, using a totally different browser for my testing did the trick — there is the expected fields to enter the purchaser name and e-mail. It’s working very well now. @asanli try using a different browser for your testing like I did and perhaps that will help.

    @asanli, would be good if you could try it out. Would be best also to test in incognito mode, which previously mentioned on this thread as well. Let us know how it goes on your end.
