    Greetings,

I’ve inherited a site that uses the pro version of your plugin and I can’t figure out where the data is being stored/sent. It’s not in the database and the administrator doesn’t seem to receive submissions in an email. Hope you can help. Thanks!

  • Hey bekee,

    How are you doing today?

Not really sure what you mean with “administrator doesn’t seem to receive submissions in an email”.

PopUp is a custom post type and as such all information related to it is stored in the database.

    Please advise,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! None of the submissions from the PopUp form are being stored in the database. However, I did figure out that the person who set the form up has it submitting to Maropost.

Is there a way to have the submissions stored in the WP database?

    Hey again bekee,

I’m not really familiar with Maropost. From what you’ve described I’m assuming you’re adding some sort of contact/subscription form in the popup.

Is the same form storing the info in the database if placed outside of popup? If no then I’d suggest seeking assistance with Maropost developers as they should be more familiar on how their plugin/service is working.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Thanks Bojan,

I do think the issue is with Maropost. I’ll seek assistance with them. I appreciate you taking the time to respond!

    Hey bekee,

Glad I could help and please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you 🙂

    Cheers,
    Bojan
