where exactly put the code in

Hay,
Want to show this slider on all my pages so where do i have to put this code?
( the slider before this i put the code in my theme/header.php, by placing there was the slider autom. on all pages visible )
Tryd to do now with this code the same but no working: echo do_shortcode(‘[print_responsive_thumbnail_slider]’);

Now i placed temporary in the frontpage but want it in the head of all pages.

Have i missed something ?
