    I need change default class “class=”compare button”
    on class=”compare button primary is-outline”
    Where I can find it?

    Hi,
    unfortunately there is no way to change the button class without changing plugin file.
    If you want you find this on line 451 file class.yith-woocompare-frontend.php on ( wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-compare/includes/ )
    Anyway you can achieve this and add all style you want with css by using this selector .compare.button
