Where is 4.1 with security patch?

There is a known vulnerability in this plugin that according to https://patchstack.com/database/vulnerability/social-media-widget/wordpress-social-media-widget-plugin-4-0-remote-file-inclusion?_a_id=350

is patched in a 4.1 version of the plugin, however it does not seem to be listed in the plugin directory. Any thoughts?
