Where is my CSS?

Hi guys,

So, I work with wordpress occasionally (only sometimes). I used to edit the css a lot when we were creating our wordpress theme, but that was back before there were serious updates with the css editor.

Now, I’ve come back with the need to change a few things around because we’re experimenting with the theme, and between then and now, the editor is nowhere to be seen!

Effectively, I need to be able to access and edit the parent theme of our blog. I can’t seem to find any way to access it, and I’ve been looking on the internet and on the blog for a while now (it’s getting me very angry, and I never get angry).

How do I access the ‘ye olde’ editor, so I can just implement the changes I want? Or is that even possible anymore? (I’ve seen wordpress advertise a paid application that seems to do it, but that looks like such a downright shameful con).
