    @sden Most lead capture plugins do not save leads to database. They send the emails to your ESP. The role of lead capture plugin is to targeting specific user base with custom targeting and serving personalized lead capture forms that increase the lead capture rate. The lead capture forms your ESP provides cannot be customized that well.

    @sden Are you sure you have correctly integrated your ESP to Brave? If the email is not being sent to your ESP, even after setting up the integration, it could mean that either the integration is broken or you have made some fields mandatory from your ESP’s dashboard, which is causing this issue.

    What Email Service Provider are you using? Mailchimp?

    I need to collect phone nubers from popups. No emails.
    SendPulse integration didn’t help me.
    Im using free version Brave. Does it matter?

    Sorry to say that Brave only lets you save email and name in the free version. You can send any other data like Phone, Country, City etc with the PRO version.
