Where is Profile language?

I am constructing a site in Bulgarian (so I wand the html lang tag and the og:locale to show Bulgaria). However, as I do not speak the language, I need my panel as admin to be in English. Is there such an option in the latest version of WP?
If not, it seems very important, for SEO reasons to be able to have full control of your dashboard’s language, so that you can create a website in any language, even if you do not speak it.

Thank you for your fast reply. I have found it and changed it to English with the following results as shown in the images with the urls below.
https://shelves.bg/Profile.png – it shows the selected user language
https://shelves.bg/SystemInfo.png – in system info, user language remains Bulgarian
https://shelves.bg/Wordpress-Top-Bar.png – WordPress top bar still shows Bulgarian
https://shelves.bg/Elementor-Editor.png – So do Elementor editor widgets (not all).Any idea why this is happening and if I am doing something wrong?
