Do you have shipping disabled in the WooCommerce settings? Please refer to https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/ on how to enable the shipping functionality.
I’m closing this as it’s not related to the functionality of this plugin.
Yes Shopping is enabled in the Woocommerce settings but your shipping settings deosn t appear !
The problème is ont solved !!!

The condition settings should appear below the general shipping method settings. Can you please post screenshots of your shipping zones and shipping methods?
