Hey
With the move to the shortcode-based approach, I did not include a dedicated widget anymore. All you need to do is paste a shortcode into a regular text widget.
See the detailed steps on the FAQ page, widget section.
I’ve had some feedback from other users so I’ll add it again in the next release, in a couple of weeks from now.

But as I have mailed you before, when I look at the page source I can see a long javascript & css code for booking.com plugin. This is very bad for SEO. I think you should put javascript & css codes at external files.

Yes, I can’t disagree.
I had to stick with what’s there for now due to how booking.com scripts work. I’m currently testing a jquery version of the calendar (much nicer code, more compatible across browsers & themes) that will take care of your concern. I can’t commit on a date yet (this was already a major improvement VS version 0.2.6) but it’ll be coming in the next 2 months.
