I’m unable to install version 2.9.2 using WP-CLI 1.1.0: wp plugin install custom-post-widget --version=2.9.2

Version 2.9 is still installable: wp plugin install custom-post-widget --version=2.9

There is a plugin here: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/custom-post-widget.2.9.zip

but not here: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/custom-post-widget.2.9.2.zip

Why would you like to install this specific version, is V3.0 not working for you?

We are currently using 2.9.2 in production and haven’t gotten around to test 3.0 yet.

The missing version 2.9.2 broke our build, but as a workaround we downgraded to 2.9.

I see. I’ll try tagging the 2.9.2 release in SVN which might fix this.

Unfortunately it appears that I did not create a tag for the 2.9.2 and therefore it is not available as a zip download (I also don’t have this version on my PC anymore).

I’ll make sure to tag each new version I release from now on!

Thanks for investigating anyway.

I guess we’ll have to upgrade to version 3.0 sooner rather than later 🙂
