• Hello,

I’m using your plugin and I have a question regarding the {message} placeholder inside the email HTML template (used for confirmation, welcome, and goodbye emails).

In the template I see the following comment:

    {message}

However, I am unable to locate where exactly these “List Building panels” are in the WordPress admin interface.

In my current setup, the output shows a generic placeholder message:

“This is a generic example of message embedded inside the template.

Subscriber data can be referenced using tags…

    First name:

    Last name:

    Email:

Here an image as well. Make them styled with the CSS rule “max-width: 100%””

    Could you please clarify:

    • Where exactly in the WordPress admin dashboard can the “List Building” panels be found?
    • Which section controls the content that replaces the {message} tag?
    • Is this feature still available in the current version of the plugin, or has it been moved/renamed?

I am using the latest version of the plugin on WordPress.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Hi @whanklee,

I must apologize, that documentation is outdated and will be replaced shortly. Things have changed since then: now you can simply go to Subscription > Settings > Confirmation (or Welcome) and use our visual composer to design your confirmation or welcome message. You can still use tags of course.

    Michael
