Where to find backup

Hi, I updated my website to 4.7.1 today and I lost access to my dashboard. Every week I get an email from WordPress saying that my website was just backed up with UpdraftPlus. Now that I actually need my backup, where exactly do I find it? It is not attached to the email. Anything you can suggest on this? Thank you so much, Sarah
