where to implement script ?

    Dear Support,
    I would like to implement a script to comply with EU cookies laws for example for G.analytics:

    <script type=”text/javascript”>
    tarteaucitron.user.analyticsUa = ‘UA-XXXXXXXX-X’;
    tarteaucitron.user.analyticsMore = function () { /* add here your optionnal ga.push() */ };
    (tarteaucitron.job = tarteaucitron.job || []).push(‘analytics’);
    </script>

    </body>
    </html>

    Part of this script had to be implemented in the <head.php> section which is fine but I can’t figure out where to set the above part of the script.
    Which page includes the home <body> in that case ?
    There is a simple option to set the GA code in the theme options but I cannot see the GA script anywhere…
