Where to put Javascript?

    Where do I put javascript code (like for an Aweber popover) if I can’t find a single <body> tag in any of my html files? I’ve looked in the Stylesheet, the main index php, where are the body tags for the Hope Theme? Or where/what is the alternative to <body> tags? Where do I put javascript for my home page?

    those tags will be in theme’s header.php

    How about javascript for a game (they say to place within the body tags). I want to place in a Page.
