As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their potential customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
I tried several days but it was offline. Site is online now.
I have also tried to ask a question from his site. There is no contact form or email. Hopefully, my question will be answered here.
