Where’s the zip file?

    I did a full backup with backWPup, said it worked but the zip file is too big to be emailed.
    How do I find and download it?

    Hello @dukesharp
    The email backup file size is limited to about 25mb( this limit from email providers like Google, Microsoft…) so in case you backup anything larger than this, please use other backup destinations like local backup, Dropbox or Google Drive(available on Pro version)

    Since the job failed can’t send files to email destination, so the backup file is deleted.
