The site key and secret key are specific to v2 and v3 so you should specify which reCAPTCHA type to choose at https://www.google.com/recaptcha

For anyone else reading this, I was able to determine through trial and error that v3 will not work and you have to choose reCAPTCHA type: v2 Invisible

I would consider this resolved when the API type is specified at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/affiliates-manager-google-recaptcha-integration/ and https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliates-manager-google-recaptcha-integration/
