    Trying to help a client troubleshoot getting rates that don’t match when she goes into the office to ship things out. One might be that she used a different service in person not the Prirotiy Mail which is the only service she has selected in WC.

    I do have a question. She has Regular and all the Flat Rate options selected.

    When/how do those show up OR is that automatically selected? If I add a product, go to checkout I only see Priority Mail, no idea what else might be happening.

    For each service family, such as Priority Mail, the plugin works the following way:
    1. Take all services that are turned on in the settings, such as Small Flat Rate Box.
    2. Discard services that are not applicable to the order item, due to its size and weight.
    3. From the available services, find the lowest-prices one and display it to the customer.
