    Hi,

    I need a booking system that will allow patients to book with clinicians at a clinic. There are 2 rooms and 4 clinicians, 2 of clinicians can only work in one of the rooms the other 2 can work in either room. Some of the clinicians only work on certain days. Which package would I need to be able to handle to bookings for this scenario?

    Hello.
    Because in your case the availability can depend from 3 parameters: from the “clinicians” availability and from availability of the room, and ability to use the different rooms by “clinicians” its seems that does not possible to make the configurations that 100% fit to your requirement in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.

    Just for your notes, the bookings for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small/Business Medium versions. Please note, if some times booked for the specific date, this times become unavailable for the other visitors in this date in specific calendar.
    Also in the Business Medium version possible to define the availability for the specific seasons or weekdays.
    In addition its possible to add the bookings from the on booking resources to other booking resources (clinicians), its means that show some timeslots or dates as unavailable for the specific “clinicians” if its was booked by some other “clinicians”, which can use this room. But because your “clinicians” can use the different room, this functionality also will not work for 100%. Sorry.
