Clearfy extends functions of these plugins, so you can use them together.
This should not cause problems.
Seems like “Fast Velocity Minify” or “Autoptimize” is ignoring exclusions made by Assets Manager. Or is it caching engine. I use Cache Enabler?

Have you tried to flush cache?
Clearfy can’t automatically flush cache, try to do it manually in the Cache Enabler plugin.

Thanks for reply.
We use redis cache and Wp super cache.
But minifying css&javascript and lacerate page cache are different thing the cache that you talk about although there might be minifying functions in some cache plugins, for example, wp super cache, but it is mainly for cache, minifying is just addon.
So what my concern is which one plugin is great to match clearfy, since we have other plugin to trigger purge cache.
Autoptimize is not suitable to me, after I test, I found it cause our site delay not increase the speed and improve performance.

@webcraftic seems like scripts are still there after combining with “Fast Velocity Minify”. Seems I’ve disabled EnlighterJS scripts, but they are still present in combined js.
Might be that it only works with Autoptimize
