What WP version, UpdraftPlus version and php version are you using?
Is there anything in your php error logs if so, can you paste it using a tools such as pastebin.com?

WP: 6.9.4
UpdraftPlus: 1.26.4
UpdraftCentral: 0.8.30
PHP: 8.1
There is nothing in error_log and when I enable debugging, no log file is generated. I’m on shared hosting, so I’m limited to what I can see in cPanel.
Thanks.
Apologies, one final question which theme are you using? – I am just trying to replicate the issue
I don’t have Kadence pro but I do have installed the free version and I do get the same issue.
Can you try briefly switching to one of the default 202x themes to see if the issue perists?
This is just so I can verify that it is the theme for you too.

Yes, I can confirm that the dashboard works as expected on the 2025 theme.
Thanks.
Great, thanks. I will pass this onto our development team
Hi,
This version of UpdraftCentral is not compatible with your theme.
We are about to launch a new, much improved UpdraftCentral in the next Month or so. For this you will need to have a TeamUpdraft account. There will be a very generous free tier available.

That’s too bad. If I can be notified when the new version launches, I’ll give it a try then.
Thanks.
Hi Greg,
The best way to keep updated of the release would be via our newsletter: https://teamupdraft.com/newsletter-signup/
Hello!
Same Problem here with the Theme Genesis.
Worked fine til the WP Version 7.0
PHP Version 8.2.31
Genesis Version 3.6.2 (I’m using a child theme).
But i don’t have a white screen. I have a lot of buttons without any functionality. But I have the same console error.
Hope that helps. I have a lot of installations to update with your dashboard, love this plugin!
Cheers, Monique
@momo2005 Version 0.8.31 had a bug; 0.8.32 was released a few minutes after you posted this, so please update to that and try again. If you still have a problem, then please open a new topic, as your problem may not be related to Greg’s, and he doesn’t need to see email alerts for someone else’s issues.
