White flash between page load

    This is an ongoing problem that occurs with two plugins.
    Just wondering if there is a workaround?
    There is a white page load on my site between pages http://www.oceansouth.com I have narrowed it down to the plugins Simplemaps plugin and Vertical accordian menu however I need to use these plugins.
    Here are some things I have tried 1. define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);
    in wp-config and 2. I have found that wp_head could have something to do with loading jquery in the header?
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
