yes, it is not getting chopped off now. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t know what is happening with your theme, but it is a mess of CSS.

Maybe someone else can help, but at least it looks better now.

If you look at it in Firebug, there seems to be #page-wrap: some CSS #page-wrap: some CSS. It should be combined instead of repeating the same div id 5 times. It makes coding that much harder.
